TASTING NOTE:
A graceful but robust unfiltered Syrah with all the quintessential characteristics of this varietal from the Darling Region. White pepper and clove entwine through mulberries and blackcurrant with subtle oak support from our lightly toasted French barrels.


FOOD PAIRING:
All red meats will work with our Syrah, but it has a special affinity towards roasted pork loin and barbequed rib-eyed steak.
